"Upon arrival, the Howler monkeys were playing around the trees at the entrance to their property. We were greeted by Yos, who was waiting for us. Osvaldo built everything by hand to live in harmony with the ecosystem. You can learn so much from Yos and Osvaldo. We learned how to make Coconut oil, from collecting coconuts to the final product. "It's amazing place run by passionate couple well connected with community and nature. You can feel the connection with nature by staying there. There are a lot of wildlife to be spotted just by sitting and sipping coffee. For sure Yoz y Osvaldo will show you a lot of interesting things and teach how to swing a machete."

"It's La casa Pequeña (as the locals call it) is not just accommodation, it is an experience. I cannot say enough about the hospitality of Yos and Osvaldo. What I can guarantee is that they will open your eyes about the local world you are visiting, teach you about the fauna and the flora, conservation, etc. If you want. They’ll help you select and book any kind of tour and make recommendations. The cabin/house Osvaldo has built with his own hands is unique and beautiful. It is an experience itself. The surrounding grounds are gorgeous. You can spend all your time there if you want, listening to all the variety of bird song, observing the Tucans, and even some mammals that wander over from the adjacent primary forest. This is a special place. If you each to get a feel for what it’s like to live in connection with the natural world around you, you got to come here. You can do all the tour stuff as well in the meantime. Finally, you can do wonderful hikes from here. Book for at least 3 nights!"
